"I had them come out to diagnose the problem with my Scotsman Icemaker. The problem was the drain pump. They quoted me the price of the part. It was fortunately on back order. This gave me time to research the part. I called Scotsman home office and found out the pump/part retail was half the price they quoted me. Although the service was good, and they were nice, to double the price on a part is unacceptable. Maybe that is their policy, but it does not work for me."

"My daughter had put a load of clothes in the dryer, in preparation of leaving for a week long trip. Next morning her clothes were still soaking wet so we knew the dryer had broke. I borrowed the neighbors dryer knowing there was No way I could get an appointment same day. I called plaza appliance and immediately a very nice gentleman answered who told me he could have someone out by the next morning, which was a Saturday. I said great! An hour later, the tech called and then texted me and asked if he could come out same day. He was here within the hour and replaced the heating element within minutes. Very professional and very thorough! I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Not too mention the repair costs were Mininimal, next to none! I don’t think they could be beat. Top notch and professional service!"
