"this was my go to parking spot , im a tourist parked there may paid $ for hrs have proof of transaction and my receipt that the machine gives you and i still receive a violation fee ? tried contacting them through phone number & email & no response yet"

"Paid for parking here //. I receive a notice a couple weeks later that I did not pay for parking. I submit a correction form on the website and provide proof of payment and nobody ever contacts me. About a month later I get a letter with an increased balance due and threatening to impound my vehicle despite having provided proof. I’ve tried calling and emailing them but nobody ever responds so I may be left with no choice but paying for the “unpaid parking” fee even though I’ve submitted proof of payment multiple times."
