"I had came to them to give them a little project. At first they had set a price that was reasonable. They made us pay $ for their own template/sample. When we came back to pick up the template they changed the price rapidly 4X. They literally have gave me three different prices so I consider this company a bit sketchy I dealt with the younger Persian guy. These people are not honest of their own word. The customer service skills are not so friendly so I took my business elsewhere. There’s other better companies out there who do the same thing who deserve the business more than these people."

"I recently went into plastic zone to purchase some acrylic sheets to make an enclosure for one of my pets. I had a speedy draft of what I was looking to accomplish, a 7x7x” box with a door on it. Upon entering i was greeted by an exceptionally nice receptionist, and began explaining what I was looking to accomplish. A man named Sid, who I assume is the owner, was standing nearby working on another project and overheard what we were trying to accomplish. He quickly asked to see the schematic, pointed out some quick corrections and explained how alterations would make the project much easier and quicker to build. In moments he had drafted a better design, gave us an extremely affordable price- and was off to cut our acrylic. In ten minutes he was back with our pieces, and he had even gone the extra mile and labeled all of them for our construction (front/side/door/etc.) Sid also explained what products we should use to bond the pieces, gave us a handful of extra scrap to practice on, and a demonstration as to how to bond acrylic together. For free, on his own time. The entire experience was quick, funny, and informative. Sid was an exceptionally nice person to work with and his staff were great as well! Plasticzone also has all of their materials, colors, and types pinned to the wall for easy viewing, and a beautiful showroom right inside the front door with all sorts of neat projects and crafts on display. /. Affordable. Enjoyable. And informative. I won’t be going anywhere else for acrylic!"
