FAQ:
"Great staff, great people and outstanding instruction. You will learn the best striking system- Bang muay thai- and brazilian jiu jitsu under the best staff of instructors in LA. They truly care about you and your progression through your martial arts journey. Facility is clean and offers many classes at different times to fit your schedule."
"Great spot for muay thai, love all their coaches! You learn something new every day, and at the end of class the strength and conditioning really pushes you! Shout out to Coach Mike, the best in the biz!"
"A great place to train martial arts, not only for the casual practitioner, but also for the more advanced martial artist. This gym has a very inviting and friendly atmosphere, however when it is time to work, it is time to work! The coaches and professors are very experienced and can help you improve your skills in combat. In addition to being excellent at critiquing your technique and overall form, the coaches offer great advise on how you can get where you want to go in your martial arts journey."
"PKG is an awesome place to train. I originally came in looking to get into better shape and supplement my already existing workout routine as I was getting bored of my workouts at the gym. What I found here was far better than anything a gym has to offer. This is truly a martial arts academy/dojo and the quality of training is reflected in the caliber of coaches that work here along with the people that train here. I have found this place to have and be welcoming to a wide range of people of varying skill levels, with people just looking for ways to stay in shape to people really looking to learn the martial arts and participate in fights/competitions. When I changed my mentality about training as a way to stay in shape to a way to truly learn new skills, I started to really see how amazing the curriculum at PKG is (not to mention that my fitness level increased as a byproduct). The Bang Muay Thai program is great for striking, and the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program has many experienced instructors as well as more advanced students who are happy and patient enough to show new students a thing or two. Both of these programs transition well into each other at higher levels of training. One of the most underrated aspects of this place is also the sense of community and family that I have found here with many like minded individuals. The facility is in a good location, has new mats, and good equipment (I.e. heavy bags, Thai pads, focus mitts, jump ropes, kettlebells, etc). I always look forward to training and seeing my friends here and I am very glad that I found this gem."
"Over the years, PKG has become a second home, and the staff and students have become extended family. How many people do you know that can say about a corporate gym? Whether you’re looking for a fun workout to get in shape, or to sharpen your skills as a martial artist, PKG is the place. Location is convenient, parking validation is free, and a nice being locker room with showers."
