Here are some reviews from our users.
"At the Pilot at exit on the I in Augusta again. Just spent $ on fuel but still had to pay for parking. There are dropped trailers and 5 pickup trucks in the free parking. Nobody wants to do anything about that, but I bet if I didn't pay for parking, I'd get towed. I just wish there were other places in the area to go."
"Very clean and a wide variety of products. The staff is very friendly and eager to help you. The facility has spacious parking and overnight parking for the professional drivers. Clean showers. Wendy's is located within the building. Drive thru or dine in."
"This has very Bad Sinage. It's extremely difficult to figure out the flow of traffic or figure out where to park. Most of the parking is pay only and they allow dropped trailers so it's much more like the neighborhood drop lot so us real OTR Professional drivers are unable to find a safe place to stay. It's extremely disappointing to say the least. This is the second bad Pilot I've been to Tonight looking for a safe place to break. Its beginning to feel like this town just doesn't care about the Professionals that deliver everything to them."
"What a mess this place is. Then again it is close yo a typical Pilot. Restaurant is CLOSED. Parking lot full of to DROPPED TRAILERS. I reported this to the MANAGER who shrugged his shoulders and made no comment , as if he has nk control over it or no concern, not sure which."
"Same as another reviewer from 4 weeks ago. Reserved a spot early in the day, arrive to having to get in where you fit in and hope someone doesn't hit you cause your not in a actual parking spot. Why reserve if the spot isn't gonna be there? Edit Day shift refunded points used for spot no questions asked. You all still need to do better."
