"I used to take my dog to a daycare downtown but when I moved to the north side it was just to much of a hassle driving all the way down there to drop him off and pick him up. I was was very comfortable taking him to the downtown daycare and was nervous about going somewhere new. Pet suits has turned out to be great so far. My dog has been going there once a week for a few months now. He LOVES his play days and come home nice and tired. You have to make a reservation prior to dropping them off which I am awful at remembering to do and usually end up scheduling it as I’m heading there to drop him off. So far last minute reservations has never been a problem. I was told the resin for the reservation is so they can insure your dogs vaccinations are up to date prior to you going to the trouble of driving them up there. Which I can appreciate. I have not yet had the chance to use their boarding services but I definitely feel comfortable doing so when that time comes."

"They were great! We had to register with them on short notice. They were accommodating to us and is needing to get our puppy registered short notice. Even sent us a picture of our puppy with another dog he got to "hang" out with. Great experience."

"They always treat our dogs well. I love how clean the facility is and how they have other small dogs that come on a consistent basis. I feel safe dropping them off for the day. Our smallest dog has become more confident and the price is reasonable. Caring staff."

"Was a wonderful option for my dogs, Marco Polo and Liberty, while I travelled long distance to see family for Christmas. One of the few places that can accommodate the special needs of Liberty. She was rescued from a puppy mill a few months ago. With her emotional and physical injuries from her past, I knew she couldn’t handle being somewhere that required her to be in daycare during the day, nor did I want her in a regular kennel all day as it was too close to her former life and I didn’t want to lose all the progress she had made. They have excellent alternatives to the above scenarios with multiple walks during the day and individual play sessions. They also took careful notes of all her needs at drop off and their groomer called and asked additional questions and even took extra time to work with her. As this was her first time boarding I sprung for their best package and it was reassuring to see daily pics of both dogs looking happy and relaxed with their caretakers. Both curled up for a happy snooze when we got home. Will definitely use their services again."

"My lab puppy attended puppy preschool here and LOVED it! He’d start wagging is tail and jumping whenever I told him we were going to “school!” Before puppy preschool, he was a bit nervous around other puppies and this helped tremendously. The staff is super accommodating and friendly and I love how they greet him by name! We are on a daycare hiatus until my pup is neutered, but in the meantime the day boarding is a great option if we are in a pinch. Can’t wait to get my pup back with all his friends!"
