"My dog Thor is a pit/lab mix so when it comes to group play most daycares do not allow him to participate because of him being pit bull mix. That is NOT the case with PetSuites! They go solely based on temperament test/evaluation; the RIGHT WAY! They use this to determine if a dog is “fit” for group play. I LOVE THAT! So does Thor lol he made so many friends the first day! To add to why I give this company 5 stars is their affordable, clean, decent size , safe environment and the staff is always friendly for my fur baby! Not to mention the evaluation is FREE! So if ur fur baby passes you pay nothing the first day of play/boarding! Oh and the send picture updates to show just how much fun they are having! 💛💛💛I will definitely be bringing Thor back!"

"Have boarded my miniature poodle there a few times & she has always been cared for very well. She is blind for past 2 years with a genetic eye disease so I am very protective of her well being. The staff at PetSuites are so good with her & give her special attention (I do pay extra) for her comfort. The place is very organized, clean & all the staff are very caring animal lovers as I myself am."

"This was our first time visiting Houston with our dog, Bella, but we couldn’t have her in the house we visited. I found PetSuites by reference from a local veterinary. I am pleased with their overall service. They answered to my request right away and gave me the reservation, but I liked that they requested the vaccination records as a condition to accept Bell. It made me feel confident that I was leaving her in a safe environment. They allowed us to visit Bella and they her out for a walk. The day we picked her up, everything was really smooth, they honor all the discounts for first time clients and they explained clearly all the charges. We will definitively leave Bella in PetSuites any time we go to Houston or try any other of their suites around USA."
