"DO NOT BOARD HERE OR USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. Horrible place. I’ve been on hold for more than minutes. They took my $ deposit and wouldn’t answer the phone so that I could figure out when to bring my dog. I called them around 6: and stayed on hold until they closed at 7pm."

"We have always had great experiences when our dogs stay at Pet Paradise. The staff has always been friendly and attentive to our dogs needs espcially our senior dogs making necessary adjustments to accomodations or play time depending on how our senior dog was doing."

"They were amazing to my 2 fur babies! I was at ease knowing that they were getting treated so nicely here and having pictures of them sent to me while I was gone. I also loved the report cards they had for my 2 pups. The staff was so helpful and friendly. You can tell here that the staff really cares for their guests here, my pups loved them! They almost didn't want to leave. Will definitely bring them back here in the future."

"Pet Paradise is a wonderful place to leave my dog! I have a dachshund who loves to mingle with other dogs, gets lot of playtime outdoors, & who enjoys the sunshine & fresh air! The facility allows for all that, is clean, & the friendly staff puts their boarding guests first. 😀 Sophie is always in good spirits when I pick her up! The location is great as it is just south of beltway 8."
