"One of the better doggie daycares in Houston! I love that they separate by small group and temperament to ensure the safety of the dogs and employees. I have used other daycares (dogtopia) before where they advertise being “cage-less” and have had the worst experiences (typically behavioral issues amongst other dogs and employees with an overwhelming number of dogs). When I first started bringing my dog, they took their time with the evaluation which I appreciate. In my experience, the daycares that have short evaluation times typically have behavioral issues in the playrooms, which is definitely not an issue at this facility. A big plus for my dog is that they have so many great events and the swimming pool is my dog’s favorite part! The staff is also so friendly and love having conversations with the pet parents."

"I trusted my baby to get groomed here and had a horrible experience. On top of that got charged $.!!!! My dog came out with razor burns and cuts in his face! I usually take him to AC grooming. On top of that they didn’t do the haircut I had asked for they did whatever they wanted with him. My baby came out so sad from there and sick. Threw up for the next 2 days. NEVER AGAIN will I take my dog here."

"I recently tried to book a reservation at this Hobby location. For one, every time I try calling the phone number to ask questions, get info etc no one ever answers the phone. It’s extremely unprofessional to never answer incoming calls. I have to leave my house to go up there which is extremely inconvenient. My reservation was supposed to be over the New Year. When I had to go up there to book a reservation no one told me I had to pay a deposit. I found this out after getting harassed with texts and emails reminding me to pay the deposit or I would lose the reservation. I paid the deposit of course because I need me dog to be boarded. I had an emergency and ended up having to cancel my reservation and needed to know how/when to cancel and if I would get my deposit back. As usual when I try calling I never get through to anybody so again I have to leave my house to go up there. They tried to tell me that since the canceled reservation wasn’t made hours before I wouldn’t be eligible to get my deposit back. The manager came and told me that it was a mistake that I paid a deposit as the Hobby location wasn’t requiring deposits, but then also didn’t want to give me my money back. It was after I argued my peace she then decided she would make a one time exception and give it back but definitely let it be known that it was a one time thing. So this business told me it was necessary to pay a deposit or I would lose my reservation. Then when I have an emergency and need to cancel tell me that I didn’t need a deposit and still not want to give me my money back. Yeah I % will not be back nor will I recommend this place to anyone else."
