Many thanks to Tom Pollitt who gave my wife and I an excellent introduction to the new Vauxhall Mokka. He was professional and polite and gave us space when we wanted. Unlike the other guy who came at us like a 'old school' car salesman telling us what we should think about other manufacturers cars/technology (very unprofessional and unwanted) . Thank you Tom for sticking with us and making the visit worthwhile. Keep up the good work

Called multiple times for a warranty repair. Phone not answered most of the time. Staff are apathetic at best and don't care whether you're unhappy or not. Insisted on booking into service and charge me £120+vat to simply open the door and look at the fabric on the side of my seat. Go elsewhere.

Over charged for servicing. 2017 picanto 14700miles 1.0l 3 cylinder engine 48 months for warranty and Mot.. Charged twice for Brake fluid, 4 spark plugs that should be good to 100,000 mile, a fuel filter for which the owners manual describes as life time integrated into the fuel tank. Two year service £155, but this £315 plus Mot . Labour charged at over £96 per hour. Told it was a fair price for the servicing. Not….

Sale person came quickly but we were left a long time with a lot of back and forth leaving us again. I was bored and my questions unanswered. Test drive was good second salesman was helpful but again left to long ☹️ you couldn't see what you purchasing. Are time was wasted

Overall happy with my C4 and definitely appreciate the long warranty as I’ve had to give it in a few times. Should offer free courtesy car when having to give your own car in for warranty work though.
