Their machine that makes a ready to use card is always broken or doesn’t work, it took me more than two weeks to receive my new card although they told me that they will make a rush order process! I don’t recommend this bank if you need to use your card daily! On the other hand their customer service is helpful in other areas like refunding if your card got hacked.

Update two weeks later. The exact some problems happen again. Deposited a check and called days later to inquire of the deposit status and was told they have no record of me depositing a check. Absolutely ridiculous! I’m for sure closing my account. This bank is so inconvenient! No deposit atms, lack of modern technology when it comes to the app and online banking. App is always slow and not up to date with balances. You can only get customer service during banking hours. On Friday’s when I deposit my payroll check it doesn’t clear in my account until Tuesday sometimes Wednesday. Oh and if you do cash deposits in the drive thru they pocket some cash. Always arguing with me about how much cash I gave them. Pretty sure the employees are former Walmart employees because they got Walmart attitudes. Thought I’d switch to a credit union for all the perks and putting my money with a better company than big banks. Screw that I’m going back to Chase tomorrow. Absolutely horrible banking expe...

Update: I've received a call from Terry. I had very pleasant conversation about the issue and resolved it. Great customer service & communication is always appreciated. I had the worst experience with customer service yesterday. I was charged an overdraft fee even though I had money available in my account. I asked to speak with a manager about the issue but she said she is the person to talk to about the issue. We went back and forth (unnecessary)with an issue that is clearly a bank error. She return the overdraft fee and said I can't waive anymore fees unless it's the bank's error. I told her this is a bank error. The worst experience I've had with a bank or "unbanking" experience. Time to look for a new bank.

Very seldom do I give negative reviews, unless they continue to rub me the wrong way and lately they have. One reason for choosing this credit union was because of the good customer service and perks they offered and would've received 5 stars at that time. However, the last few years, the credit union itself is good but the service is mediocre terrible. Meaning, they have a new teller and he's very welcoming, everytime I go to this location, he's smiling and willing to assist. I actually told him today to keep smiling and having the good customer service he's offering. During the covid-19 closing, when we had only drive-thru service, the attitude was funky each time I conducted my transaction. It was as if they felt like guality didn't matter, so I figured okay maybe they need to see the customers to be more friendly. When the lobby reopened, I intentionally went to the same girl to see if her attitude would change, she was better but dry. No problem, just handle my transaction correc...

I would like to update my review i gave 7 months ago on the service provided by the Westside Branch. I am very very pleased and happy to say that i have witnessed a HUGE POSITIVE change at this Branch. The current staff are all friendly, know what they are doing and most of all they make me feel like they want me as a customer. I would like to thank and congratulate the Manager of the branch for the changes made and the great atmosphere i sense when i go in. Awesome Job!!! Thank you 7 Months ago : Every time i come in i pray i get a person that knows what they are doing..i always make the same type of transactions but still lots of mistakes even though i try to make it easy for them. I ask questions for mext time to be better prepared. All i get us yes - no answers. I feel like Some of the staff dont want to be at work. Lack of people skills and dont listen or are not hearing what i ask of them. I pray next time i will get better service.

Today I told the new guy that I would do my transaction with another lady because it was kinda complex, I should've stayed at his counter, again this one act like I was bothering her and taking up her time I actually told her that she is putting off that type of vibe of not wanting to be bothered, "whether you do or not, complete my transaction correctly." PERIOD. It's so many people wanting work but unhappy doing what "they" choose as "their" career, it's your fault, if you're unhappy... change it. Being that I don't visit often to the location because it's a nice distance for me and not too many options, when I do they act unappreciative for having a job, "YOU WILL DO BETTER" at least when I come in and I will continue to smile and tell them to have a great day, hopefully some of the words will get into their heart. Keep in mind word of mouth can make or break you and the company. I hope the company will remove the bad seeds out or at least put them back in training. If I have to give another review, next time, I'll be sure to mention names. Documentation does make a difference. Have a great day, I sure will. 😁 DO BETTER!!"
