"Switching to Power vine was the strangest utility switch I’ve ever attempted. The day I ordered the switch all I received was an email thanking me for ordering. I never received any terms, conditions or disclosures or further information as to when the switch was to be effective. Therefore I do not know whether I am Enrolled or not. If I am Enrolled I do not know what my terms and conditions are. I asked for a copy of terms conditions and disclosures days ago and have not heard anything from this company."
