"I love PEnn hospital system but the radiology department specifically breast imaging at Pennsylvania hospital needs to be checked! I have NEVER had an issue with scheduling and scripts until today. It is beyond me why scripts are not verified prior to the appointment. In fact in the past you couldn’t schedule until the department verified that the script was properly coded and entered. It’s super easy and it could easily prevent so many people from being affected. Not only was I there for 3plus hrs, but the technicians and actual radiologist also suffer along with other scheduled patients. A $ voucher is not the answer!"

"They have served me well many times. But, this week an urgent matter resulted in my request for a same day appt, my request was quickly accommodated. Upon my arrival and throughout my visit every single staff member was kind, pleasant and efficient. Most importantly the CAT SCAN unit needle giver Listened to me when I asked please do not try to stick the needle in my hands, my veins collapse. He stuck it in the arm and was successful the first try! Yay! I think the folks in Radiology are caring and it shows."

"Amazing Team at the Koman Center. One feels "safe" and we'll cared for there. What could be painful biopsies are clearly explained and doctors and staff bend over backwards to maintain privacy and explain process step by step to minimize uncertainty.and pain. One doctor even said "you are stage three, but you are here now, and we've got you". I knew everything would be OK in the end two years later it is!"
