Dr. Amy Hayes is great, she was so helpful and knowledgeable, BUT BUT BUT it takes ages to book an appointment, THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIVE AT ALL, YOU MAY WAIT MORE THAN 30 MIN and sometimes the system call you back after 2 or 3 hours. Sometimes I need to speak with the nurse, but they do not respond until the end if the day and sometimes the next day??? WHAT!! I will not put the life of my baby at risk because they do not want to hire one or 2 more receptionist who can be responsive. FIND a responsive provider and safe your time.

This place is amazing !!! If I could give more stars I would! I brought my daughter here when she was a newborn and she is almost 2! We love the staff and Dr.Diaz! She is amazing and wonderful. She always answers all my questions and makes me feel like I’m not going crazy as a first time mom lol. She always gives me great advice and my daughter loves her! I swear she deserves an award for how caring she is to her patients. The hours here work great especially since they are open weekends. the nurses are sweet! Yes phones may take awhile to be picked up but hey it’s a medical office that stays busy 24/7!! People complain but have to realize that during COVID and everything thst all dr places will be busy. The staff always gives me great advice. I love pediatrics associates of Dallas and recommend everyone to come here ! They are awesome ! Y’all are doing a great job!

I wish I could rate 0 stars but I can’t. I must admit when my son was born in May 20202, I absolutely loved this place, but it has gone down hill tremendously!!! The wait time when you call is ridiculous! 45-60 mins to speak to a nurse or even make an appt. They keep saying they are so busy but every time you go, but you see so many new born babies!! They keep on taking new patients when they can’t handle the ones they have! Unbelievable! Looking for a new pediatrician!

Unfortunately I hate to give bad reviews and it takes a lot for me to give one star. Specially to a group where the nurses and doctors were so caring. They get a 1 star because of their dismissive office staff and appointment booking. We loaded the car w/ our 1 month old (first kid) and show up for our appointment. They said we made a mistake and our appointment was in three days. It was not, but they wanted to pull call logs to see if they were right and we were wrong. But we made it in person and both of us put it into our calendars. The chances we both heard the staff wrong and entered incorrectly is decently low. They half heartedly tried to get us in, but ultimately told us to come back in three days. So my very tired wife turned back around and went home. We later called and cancelled. It’s very disappointed bc the medical side of the staff was great. I would recommend PoD very close by and seem to have a handle on the admin portion of the business.

My current health care provider for my children closed her practice after many years. Even being my doctor as a child. And I was looking for a new doctor and was recommended here, for my 3 children, especially for my 5 month old, who still was in need of immunizations, after missing an appointment due to RSV. I have to say, even trying to get a new patient appointment was a terrible experience. Mostly a phone game and being told I need this and that before I can even be seen. I have never had this much trouble trying to see a doctor for any reason! I had to “put in a request” to even make an appointment and didn’t get called til a day later. Unless you have the patience for phone tag and being told you need this or that before they can even schedule you, don’t bother. How crazy to make little children, even babies, wait that long. Sad my last pediatrician closed her practice. Their system is insane and terrible.
