Pedego is the best! The staff/owner is the nicest and replaced my tire when I had broken down near the shop. I plan to return to rent ebikes so I can bike with friends and family. The prices are very reasonable and biking the bay is one of the best ways to see the city!

Ive been shopping for an E bike for months and I chose Pedego downtown because I recieved the Best personalized Customer service and was impressed with the quality bikes they make. The Owner and associates are genuinely so helpful and Highly knowledgeable. Nobody in San Diego compares , and they give you a 5 year warranty, and a lock that also has a 5 year theft warranty. They spent the time to personalize my Boomerang exactly how I wanted, and explained every option the bike had. They even helped me put my bike on the bike rack of my car. I love the easy step through of the boomerang style, as I'm vertically challenged. The responsive maneuverability of the wheel, and the comfort of the personalized adjustable handle bars and of course the speed ! It's worth the extra money to know your getting what you paid for. I also love supporting small bussiness owners that take pride in what they do! They also rent bikes!

Great place to rent or buy e-bikes.Also they do small repairs like fixing breaks and changing small bikes components. They fixed my e-bike breaks and I'm very satisfied with the work and the service costumer as well. I definitely recommend this place.

We went in to look for bikes and Sean Chavez was fantastic. He was a wealth of knowledge and let us try the bikes out. I would definitely recommend this store not just for the great staff but for the great bikes.

Had an absolute ball renting some electric bikes for a few hours and touring around San Diego. I am 6 foot 8 and very hard to fit but they found a bike that fit me well. The only thing was is that my wife and I wanted to come back and buy a pair immediately. We look forward to renting and buying our bikes from Pedego in the near future.
