Janet Pluntze, the owner of the business, answered and I was immediately impressed with her professionalism and willingness to help get me set up. "Payroll Solutions is a terrific payroll service. They combine old-fashioned service with the latest in technology, to deliver a reliable level of service, week in and week out. As a small company, we used to do our own payroll. But we found that even the forms we submitted from QuickBooks had minor formatting mistakes, resulting in fines. Plus, it was stressful and time-consuming to compile and submit the monthly, quarterly and yearly reports every year. We made the decision to switch to Payroll Solutions, and have been very happy with that decision. All we do now is send an email a few days before the payroll date, with the employees and their hours. Couldn’t be easier. Everything else is handled by Payroll Solutions: • Automatic payroll deposit to our employees’ bank account • Secure emails sent to each employee with all their current and Year-to-date payroll info, including leave time calculations • Secure email sent to us with the Company payroll summary information • Taxes all deposited on time every pay period • Quarterly and yearly reports sent to us by FedEx. All of this for a very reasonable fee. We are very satisfied with Payroll Solutions, and highly recommend them to any company that wants to get ‘out from under’ the payroll hassle."

"We switched to Payroll Solutions after years with Paychex, and it was an incredibly good decision. After 4 payroll cycles, it is clear that Janet and her team offer much better service than you can get from the big, anonymous payroll providers like Paychex. The cost was less with Payroll Solutions and the service has been far superior. Any questions I've had have been answered promptly by phone or email. Compare that to sitting on hold for minutes or being told by a recording that "your call is important to us, but we are experiencing an unusually heavy call volume." If you want a great payroll provider, it makes sense to use a smaller, local company that emphasizes great, accurate service. Switching over was fairly seamless and afterward, wow, so much better. You will not be disappointed."
