"Contacted them to provide potential support in a probate matter which has caused considerable stress. Initial telephone consultation took time to arrange as I had to keep emailing for a response. Once appointment was arranged, I never received the call. When I enquired about this I was told they would call me back to arrange a new appointment...no one ever called back. Poor customer service, lack of professionalism and most importantly care. I'm sure the actual legal advice and service is fine, but getting to that point seems the challenge!"
