"I lived here for 3 years when rent was , the people are great and maintenance was top tier but the Interior was horrible. SMALL fridge and broken microwaves/cabinets. Far away from being ‘Luxury’. I believe we had a failing A/C unit that would stop working every week. Parking was the biggest problem especially during the winter. after 6pm you’re walking. being on the bottom floor is awesome but you can hear absolutely everything above you. 2.6 stars for the room, 4.8 stars for the maintenance guys"
