"I'm a dentist and I would highly recommend Dr. Castillo and his team. Dr. Castillo is knowledgeable, kind, and listened to all of my concerns. Shoutout to Ella who has magic hands, and Cris and Griffin at the front. Don't hesitate to book with them!"

"I recently scheduled a teeth whitening with Dr. Castillo after being referred by one of his patients. I wanted to have whitening done before a dental procedure. I had to move out previously scheduled dental work because Park View Orthodontics didn't have any available appointments for over a month. I was happy to do so because they charge $ less than my dentist does for Zoom whitening. After the person who referred me to this office called out Dr. Castillo for attempting to overcharge her in an error that Dr. Castillo eventually acknowledged was indeed an error but only after he belittled her in front of his other patients for even bringing it up (I read this detail in the now removed 3-star review that was left on 5/6/). He then dismissed that patient immediately after they left an honest and accurate review of their experience. Not only did Dr. Castillo dismiss his patient who had been working with him for months but he also had their negative review removed! He then took it upon himself to cancel my teeth whitening appointment, for being associated with someone who left him a negative review? I'm still not sure the reason but this caused another scheduling conflict with my dental procedure. Save your time and money and go to a more professional Dr. who does not let their ego get in the way of treating their patients. Be wary of these reviews as Dr. Castillo's office heavily censors them to only try to show positive reviews. / would NOT recommend Park View Orthodontics due to their treatment of patients (based on the 5/6/ review that I read and my personal experience) and their unethical business practices of review censorship which violates the Consumer Review Fairness Act! Do better Dr. Castillo and treat your current and potential patients with respect. I wouldn't be surprised if this review gets taken down as well. This is why I took a screenshot to share this on other mediums and to report this to the Federal Trade Commission if my review does get taken down. People need to know how you really treat your patients. Negative experiences spread faster than positive ones! *UPDATE* In response to Park View Orthodontics reply; I did contact your office on Saturday, 5/7 via email. You did not respond. It seems too coincidental that on the same day the review was taken down, Griffin called your (then) current patient and left a voicemail saying that your office was aware of the review she left, asking her to remove it, and then dismissing her as a patient. She did not remove the review."

"I am very happy with my final results working with Parkview Orthodontics. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Michelle is at the front desk and always greets you by name. Jan, who is in charge of billing, did an excellent job explaining the patient process and offered comfortable payment plans. Ella, the dental assistant, is very gentle and provides excellent patient education while your braces are being adjusted. Dr. Castillo is so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain his rationale for his treatment programs. During my time with him I was also seeing an oral surgeon. Dr. Castillo verified that each Dr. was in agreement with my treatment plan before proceeding with my program. Currently, during COVID they are taking extra precautions to ensure patient saftey and comfort. They are very organized in scheduling follow-up appointments and sending reminders. The office space is ALWAYS clean and tidy. I am so happy to have worked with Dr. Castillo and his staff. I will absolutely continue recommending him to friends and my own patients."
