"I have been using park and fly for 6 years now the staff is always super friendly and quick whether your dropping off or being picked up from airport.The price is affordable and fair Customer service is OUTSTANDING. From the front gate to your pick at your car the app is user friendly and easy to use. Me and my fiance love park and fly.The option to park your car in the parking lot or garage is a great option if your worried about the elements either way your vehicle is always safe. "This was our first time parking here and we would definitely park here again! It is so convenient and when we parked our car in the indoor garage we didn't see the shuttle. I called and someone answered right away and dispatched the shuttle to pick us up. On our return back to Midway, another quick call and the shuttle was right there outside the baggage claim area. The drivers were so nice too! Very professional and pleasant! I would highly recommend using this service!!!"

"Traveling through a big city airport like Midway can be stressful but the Park ‘N Fly made it super convenient to park our car and get to the airport on time. Shuttle driver was friendly and we were impressed with how quickly he showed up to pick us up on the way back home. Thought the pricing was reasonable, too. "I loved Park N Fly! The employees were super friendly, striking up conversation and making jokes. Unbelievably fast. There was no wait. We immediately had a shuttle meet us at our truck, they loaded our bags and we were at the airport in less than minutes. On our way back, the shuttle met us at the door when it was 0 degrees outside and took us directly to our truck AND cleaned the snow off of it!!! I would use this location every time I travel!"
