I called to get assurance I'd get it before my gig and when I called back they told me it still never left the store so I had to cancel the order. They didn't even care to contact me to give me details about the issue. Save your time and buy elsewhere."

They tried to charge me over $ in a 'restocking fee' for an item that they shipped. Claimed they had photos of it undamaged but they never provided them. Had to file a credit card fraud report against them to recover the funds they decided to keep."

The only caveat I should mention, which is absolutely not their fault, UPS damaged the instrument in transit despite great packaging. Eric promptly initiated a replacement with Selmer. I would strongly recommend this place."
