"This sewing shop is so great. From Peter, lisa, Cyndi , Susan , Eddie and Nancy they all are there to make your experience great. As I have found out it can be a big investment but the support they provide takes the anxiety down to a level so you can enjoy your purchases. They offer classes on a regular basis and are always available to help you carry in your machine if you need it. Any issue I have addressed to Peter he has taken care of in a prompt and kind manner. If you are going to buy a machine( or two) this is the place to do it. Easy access location and lots of parking."

"Owner, Peter Chang is amazing! I recently visited a sewing store in P.B. looking for a Pfaff and was basically shunned when I was there. So I sent an email to Paradise Sewing and Peter replied almost immediately that they had the machine I wanted and sent me both the store phone number and his cell phone. I called him the next day and he was super friendly and he put my machine on hold so I could pick up on Saturday. It is definitely worth the drive from San Diego to do business here!"

"I had a great experience at this store. The owner was quite friendly along with the rest of the staff. I had a pleasant conversation where the staff walked me through how to thread a new baby lock sewing machine. Linda showed me the benefits of a owning a serger. Each staff member invested a lot of time explaining why each piece of equipment is needed. The owner was a delight to work with. I'm confident if I have any issues, I'll be able to return back. They even offered video lessons to help gain confidence."
