"Lucian did an awesome job for us at Lykes Cartage changing lights checking wire for lights on trailer and tractor"
"Great professional service. We greatly appreciate Samantha Tamez, Hardy Chappell and Xavier Orosoco for their hard work. They went above the call of duty to help us keep our business rolling. We are truly grateful to you all. We will definitely be back for future repairs. Thank you."
"Driver had an issue with a 5th wheel. It wouldn't release. I called OTR and asked for help. Spoke with Ted and provided truck info. Driver was able to get the 5th wheel to work while the OTR tech was still on the way. I called Ted and told him that the issue has been resolved and we dont need help. Ted told me that the tech was pretty much on-site. I told him to let me know how much I owe them. Ted charged me $ for the travel to the location and back. Totally understandable. BUT Ted also charged me for 1 hour of labor at $ when his tech didn't even see the truck. OTR its not ok to charge for services that your tech's didn't perform."
"Nice people work here, but not professional mechanics. This place may be ok for a small repair, but if you have some engine problems they are not gonna help you. In my case I’ve spent a month at the shop and they haven’t fixed my problem. The whole month was waisted and almost all the repair they did was useless cause they didn’t even have right equipment to diagnose my truck and find a problem🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️. I’ve waisted a month of my time, paid them bunch of money for parts that shouldn’t have been changed at all, and eventually had to DH to Chicago to my mechanic to do all the repairs again."
"Called them when i had non-starting truck issue. They billed me $ upfront regardless if truck gets going or not. Mechanic came and spent about 2hrs with no success. Then he left and they went ahead to charge me more than agreed $. Nothing worse than paying to get your truck going, then it doesn’t happen and they enjoy to nickeling and diming you. I was left with anger and sadness."
