"Being a climber and mountaineer based in the suburbs of Portland for my whole life, I was surprised I hadn't heard of this place. I was so excited when I encountered it on the internet (thanks covid) when looking for very specific trail running shoes. I couldn't find the shoes anywhere and they appeared to have them. I was bummed to find out that they were in fact sold out of them, however the way they handled the situation was incredibly professionally and personally. They called me and followed up with an email and offered for me to pick a different shoe at no cost. This is how customer service should be handled. I can hardly wait to make it to the store in person. Would defiantly recommend online orders from them as they have done right by me in a situation where they could have easily just said tough luck."
