I don’t recommend seeing Dr Timothy Frey. I was in tears and in so much pain when he was putting the needles in my gums. He didn’t even check to see if I was numbed from the topical numbing cream. I felt every single sharp pain, I yelped and he told me “Don’t yell you’ll scare the patients.” The nurses were super nice and helpful. They were trying to calm me down from my panic attack. One of the nurses asked if I wanted to be put to sleep, I told her yes. Dr Frey was notified and the first thing he tells me is “I told you”. That is completely unprofessional. I’ve had multiple surgeries in the past and I have never ever been treated this way. I would recommend seeking someone else. I would give zero, but I’ll give 2 for the staff.

Im always apprehensive about trying to find a doctor especially ones who do what what they do correctly. I had to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out at the same time and it healed wonderfully! They gave me pre-op and post-op instructions on guidelines on on too avoid any complications or dry sockets after. They do also run through everything with you and amswer any questions. Also very friendly staff and joked a bit during my visits. I highly recommend Dr. Bath and his staff!

I’ve been having a really slow/difficult recovery from my wisdom teeth removal. It’s been incredibly painful and uncomfortable (on day 11). When I went into the office today to see Dr. Smeltzer to see if this could be due to an infection (everyone, including the office staff/on call doctor had mentioned pain this far after removal is abnormal) I explained to Dr. Smeltzer what’s been going on and he checked for an infection. He seemed incredibly frustrated and listed the options. I did not respond right away to the options listed (because I was surprised with the level of pain I’ve been having that there wasn’t an infection) and Dr. Smeltzer went on to sarcastically ask what I wanted him to do-more surgery? He said my facial expression just didn’t seem happy with the options he listed - overall he was sarcastic (unprofessional), rude, and frustrated (I’m the one in pain/having a terrible recovery- I should be frustrated - not him!). Also, a reminder that though they advertise wisdom tee...

Also, a reminder that though they advertise wisdom teeth removal as a quick and easy surgery/recovery - this is NOT the case for some people (ME) and I highly recommend anyone who has to have this done to take a full 2 weeks off work and fill out FMLA papers for their job. I am a very organized/structured person and have taken the time to have excellent oral hygiene and good nutrition this entire time- some people just heal very slowly (and no one deserves a rude doctor in that process)."
