"One medical ran out of supply for COVID vaccine- pfizer AFTER my first dose. Didn't know this could happen. So l've had to scramble, call around for a second dose. Most vaccinators will not just do one dose---I've learned this the hard way. One Medical has not help me at all to facilitate a second dose. This is the first time I've felt they had no regard for me; however, this is still very disappointing and stressful. Update: 3/. After a reply from One Medical in response to the review they told me to call a phone number or contact them thru the app. I've tried both of these channels. They put me on hold indefinitely via phone and do not respond thru the app when asked about the second dose. Still no accountability. Still not helping me."

"I have been a member at one medical for over 7 years and could not speak more highly of it. They are intelligent doctors and although by not going to your primary care doctor each time you do have to give a back ground on yourself, they solve problems. Big problems and fast. Couldn’t recommend more if you want great medical care fast and with results"

"I was told over the phone that I could book an appointment without joining One Medical - which seemed like a good way to try it out. However, when I arrived, they refused to see me because I had not signed up. Super frustrating. Turns out you need to book a special kind of appointment for non-members (and to know to ask for this at the time of booking). Not a great customer experience."
