Huge parking lot. The very back should be zoned for RV to make it easier on those people and they won't have to worry in case they have no where else to go. Thanks SM

First time dining here and left favorably impressed. Food and service was excellent. Nice ambiance resembling times past. Very rustic setting. We will return.

Friendly staff. Cozy spot for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast scram bagel sandwich was very good.

Man o man I was not expecting much walking in, ordered the tri-tip, man o man was it good, no it was delicious. I can not wait to come back for more tri-tip. Loved it.

Went to IHOP for breakfast in Resteraunt row in SanMarcos long wait got in & placed order served food with no silverware had to ask twice when brought had 2 forks & napkins my cousin & I look at each Other & shook our heads as she had meat on her plate & could have used a knife Overheard another conversation patrons complaining to server as there table had got there meals & ate without ever getting silverware "none" Server reply was I'm so sorry we have been out of silverware today. Times are tough!!!
