"I cannot say enough good things about Off the Block! The owner and founder, Chelsea, taught us how to make beautiful charcuterie boards for our office holiday party of people. We had a blast! All products were local from NC and packaged beautifully. The setup before was perfect and everyone applied her guidance with their own creativity to make GORGEOUS boards! Chelsea was so easy to work with and accommodating, and helpful! I was running late setting out food before our guests arrived and she offered to help me organize and set everything up. She also brought local wines, tea, lemonade, and gift bags for all the guests, and the home made crackers are soooo good. Completely top notch experience from start to finish - she also has a great story and background as to how Off the Block came to be. I’m such a fan - can’t wait to use them for more charcuterie needs and parties in the future!"

"Wonderful club event hosted by Off the Block! The cone making workshop at Congregate NODA was well planned with Chelsea from start to finish. We enjoyed learning about the delicious NC meats & cheeses & creating our own charcuterie with Chelsea’s guidance (complete with tutorials to take home.) She had thought of everything: individual work stations, gloves, cheese cutting implements, & individual servings of all items needed for a delicious charcuterie cone with plenty to both create AND nibble! Communication & execution were excellent. The crackers & roasted nuts by OTB are the BEST! Happy to support this fantastic local business."
