"Just like the other Nucare pharmacies, pretty bad service!"
"A simple order was submitted more than 6 weeks ago, still waiting. Don’t count on any prior authorizations, insurance questions answered, or initial hold times to be less than half hour for medical providers, definitely worse for patients. Unfortunately, they lack basic communication skills and some training."
"This location apparently has been closed for years and they give no indication of it. Prescription was sent to the other location without me knowing even though I called twice to confirm. The male worker at the pharmacy—didn't catch the name—is extremely rude, interrupts, gives curt answer, and hung up the phone abruptly."
"NuCare are absolute life-savers. After a very sudden doctor’s visit my daughter needed both medication and a nebulizer; I absolutely thought she was going to have to go through another night without the medication she needed before coming to NuCare. The pharmacists helped me out, called the doctor’s office, filled the prescription ASAP and got me on my way, all after 7 pm. Even while waiting I watched the pharmacist take the time to help a gentlemen whose insurance had stopped contracting with NuCare, working to make sure his prescriptions were transferred with all of his refills and even checking to see about his wife’s prescriptions. I cannot recommend them enough."
"They are apparently closing up shop and not telling their patients. They have given me four different excuses on why my scripts aren’t ready. They were very rude to me because I sent my home attendant to find out what is going on. They weren’t answering the phone line while my doctor was trying to find out why my scripts were not ready. My scripts were in for a week. Ultimately they said my insurance is no longer excepted. Really? medicare? Be honest the pharmacy is closing bottom line."
