FAQ:
"I ended up leaving the program for reasons of location, but I will, frankly, miss it. The office coordinators are extremely responsive, answering my (many) questions about the applicant-to-apprentice process quickly and thoroughly. The instructors are not only competent - all, I believe, have spent many years in the industry - but likeable. The best I can say is that everybody at the College seems to genuinely enjoy what they do, and it reflects in the quality of the program. I can recommend it without reservations to anyone interested in pursuing Journeyman status in the trades that they cover."
"This place is Awesome!! Zane is very knowledgeable and Jovan😉, Lauryn 😉, Amy and Sara have been super helpful at the front desk!! I would highly recommend Northwest College of Construction!!"
"Apprentices registered to Northwest College of Construction apprenticeships programs go to school for free. My son Joseph was a journeyman operator for Nutter. He started out as a Laborer and worked his way up. While I work at the college, his success story is one of many successful careers I’ve seen be built through hard work, dedication, and grit. Staff is knowledgeable and eager to be a champion in your corner. The pay is fantastic and the views on the job sites are amazing!"
"I was searching for an apprenticeship program and came across Northwest College of construction. I worked with Katrina Cloud who helped me figure out which trade I wanted to get into. Turns out the training is completely free. All I have to do is work hard and I get a free education and a great paying job. I've asked Katrina hundreds of questions and she is always very patient and reassuring. In fact all of the staff that I've encountered have been great to work with.As the end of the school year nears, I wanted to say thank you to Northwest College of Construction. When Covid hit some apprentices were not sure how we were going to be able to attend classes. Katrina Cloud did a fundraiser to be able to purchase loaner devices for apprentices. Staff also did a couple of handouts on how to connect. Above and beyond! They really cares about their apprentices!"
"Very appreciative for this school. Its hard to get your foot in the door with the trades. The school gives you the opportunity to show yourself and your work if you have no experience. If your a hard worker and a good listener than you will fit in just fine here. Lauryn Small was my coordinator and she did a very awsome job. She helped me through my program and answered all my questions! Thank you! Also, Zane is the man! Couldnt ask for a better teacher/mentor! Thank you! And Lastly thank you to the school for giving myself and all the other individuals a chance to make a great career out of the trades!"
