"The quality of service is highly dependent on who you receive as a property manager. I started out with someone who was really good. Two months in, he left and I was assigned a person who is not very good at her job. At the first sign of trouble, I tried to reach out to someone "over her," politely explaining my issues with this person's communication and asked for another manager to be assigned. They assured me that this was a fluke and to hang in there. Fast forward months later and this lady is still terrible at her job. There's no recourse for me and as an out of state owner I'm stuck with this agency until I can make time to come back to Dallas to find someone else. I went with the lowest cost company and in hindsight, the old adage "you get what you pay for" has come to haunt me. To the reply below, you are correct."
