"Wow! The entire crew are incredible human beings! My husband and I ran into a huge problem when we broke two large panes of glass right before Memorial Day weekend. We had contractors coming over and we’re in a real bind. I tried multiple shops and no one could help. The crew at North Star Glass Industries went out of their way to cut our glass the same afternoon and helped tremendously to secure the glass in my car so that we don’t break it again. I am very very grateful for their assistance. In addition to their willingness to help us out before a holiday and at the last minute, they were so incredibly pleasant. I could have stood around and chatted with them for hours - they are simply wonderful people! Thank you so much for all your assistance!!"

"Had to call multiple times to get a tech onsite to get dimensions of the window to replace. Was told I would receive a call back within a few days. A week went by and I was unable to get anyone on the phone after leaving messages. At the 2 week mark I got someone on the phone who told me they would have to call me back because the quote was on someone else’s desk. Still no call back days later after leaving another message. Spend your money somewhere else. They must not need it."
