"We had the same billing experience as others. No bill was ever received, but then the collection agency started calling. It's ridiculous that a company operates this way."

"Well, I received a letter by mail stating that I owed a balance of $. which I had paid 6/7/. A few days ago I received another letter by mail which said I owed $.. I thought I had made thus payment but I wasn't sure so I logged on to their website sent to me by text and logged on. Seeing a payment due of $., I guesses that I didn't make the payment after all, so then I proceeded to make this payment. Once the transaction processed it shows me recent transactions with two of my most recent 6/7/ and today 7/5/ both being $. under the same account number. After calling it was determined that a mistake was made, but there was a previous balance of $. and the difference would be put back on my card in about a week or two. Well, I was fine with that given that I owed money, bit what I was concerned about is the fact that their billing site didn't update my initial paymemt and didn't show that I owed $.. How can you expecte people to.handle their financial affairs with BAD information? This is incompetence on their end BIGTIME."

"Funny how the collection agency found us to send us a collection notice, but we never received a bill from Northland Radiology. They claimed to be sending out statements, but I call BS on that one."

"Northland Radiology has terrible billing practices. They sent us a "final notice" on 2// for a claim that they had never billed us for before from November . They do not offer bill pay online only a remit stub at the bottom of a letter. At the same time they sent us to a debt collector (Central Recovery, who was very easy to work with). We pay our bills timely, but we need to receive them first. Get it together Northland Radiology."
