The experience at Norris Marine was excellent start to finish. The staff are highly educated, friendly, and it allowed for a stress free buying experience with confidence. The details….. : We were warmly welcomed and greeted with smiles and beverages as we climbed on our would be boat for the first time in the showroom. We had two sales associates (DJ and Blake) that were not your typical sales guys. Between the two of them, they brought a HIGHLY educated background of US Coastguard experience, professional level fishing knowledge, and offered real time education on all new technology offered within the shop. DJ and Blake offered at no cost a “water test evening” at a near by lake, which turned into a full on educational experience where we got hands on with every aspect of our specific boat, the technology, practice loading/unloading, cruising the waters to ensure the boat met our expectations, etc. I don’t believe this experience exists at every boat dealer and the amount of intentio...

We bought a brand new boat from Norriss Marine a little over 3 years ago, and I have to say that the customer service and Service department has been outstanding. Josh is the service advisor and he is always on top of everything and the work that was accomplished has always been prompt and on time. I feel that Josh has always gone above and beyond to take care of any issues that I bring to his attention. And the customer service and scheduling has been great. I’ll never buy a boat anywhere else just because of the aforementioned comments.

Just got my 2010 Tracker fishing boat serviced at Norris Marine. I purchased the boat from a private seller and it needed some work that I wasn't aware of at the time of purchase. Bobbi, Chris and Josh were great to work with. The parts needed for my Mercury motor were on backorder, but their team communicated with me throughout the process and made me feel like a valued customer. I'm glad I found a service department that was more than willing to help.

We bought a boat from them a couple years ago and they've been great with warranty and maintenance work. They've provided excellent communication and been quick to correct even the smallest issues we've had from the manufacturer. They are knowledgeable, friendly and provided excellent customer service.

Poor Professionalism and Leadership. Stopped in to look at boats to buy but then witness them berating customer and that was all we needed to see and walked out. So glad we did after reading some of these responses from the owner. Instead of showing professional behavior by being receptive to feedback to improve upon the quality of their services that they say they provide to the “community”. They would rather bite the hand that feeds them by arguing and bickering with customers showing nothing but dysfunctional behaviors and qualities that nobody wants to deal with when looking to buy or repair a boat. Proof of such behavior described above will be proven with the owner’s response to this review.
