Always nice to walk through and shop at Nordstrom. Nice quality items in a calm shopping experience. Pro tip - if you need to use the restroom, use the one upstairs. It is typically less crowded.

Kind, Courteous, Helpful and Efficient is the best way to describe the staff and energy at this location. I had an online purchase to return and it was quick and pleasant.

Ordered a dress on line, got a totally different dress they went be young to help me exchange it, since I had a print out receipt that CS had to email me to return. Thank you Nordstrom I will be applying for a CC.
