"I called to ask questions about manufacturing. The woman on the phone was very helpful. I need specific machines for my project which they do not have. She went the extra mile and gave me another manufacturer that did have those machines. She didn't have to do that but she did. I couldn't find the website so I called back and she looked up the phone number. I am so grateful for her kindness and I think this new company will be a perfect fit for what I need. THANK YOU LADY ON THE PHONE!! : )"
"Very rude. Their site looks inviting, however upon calling them, without barely listening to what I needed they stated that I couldn't possibly do enough units to be worth their time. They had no idea how much work I wanted to possibly hire them for because she didn't ask a single question. Just immediately turned me away in the rudest way possible. Won't ever contact this business again."
