"They’re short staff. There’s only one service guy all the time. Which makes me wouldn’t even wanna complain about his attitude cuz he’s def exhausted. We ordered some dishes that were out but we’ve never been told until we asked about it. Food was so so, not that good as advertised. I could make my own broth at home better than this. Wouldn’t recommend to y’all or come back any more."

"It has been one of my fav spots, last time visit was not the most fun, understood not too many ppl dine in at this point, husband and I were eating and they just turned off the background music for some reason and waiter never checked in.. it just makes you feel unwelcome.."

"Very disappointed. I saw all the good reviews and decided to take some of my relatives to try their first hot pot, but the food is pretty salty, not that much choice, some are even not fresh. The worst is that there’s only one guy was serving the whole restaurant that night around 7pm, he’s being the cashier as well. It took forever to get our food and drinks. One person can only do that much. They need more staffs! There’s no soap in the restroom , it seems like the restaurant is not well maintained. Will not come back again."

"Clean establishment that serves delicious food. Unfortunately, the place doesn't have physical walls separating the different booths, you can hear and see the booth next to you. Very understaffed here, the server got 2 of our items wrong. The prices are a bit more expensive too."
