"I hadn't been to Nextcare in 4 or 5 years and l found the check-in process very easy and didn't have to seat in the waiting area to be seen. I was able to return home until it was my turn. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend my friends and family go to this facility."
"I went to CVS minutes clinic but they were close so my bestie and her dad took me to Urgent care so I could be tested for Strep throat and the front lady wanted me to have another Covid test which thankfully I don't have either one and that they came back negative. Thank God I have sinus infection. My ears are NOT clog but they were really quiet when they talk/ask questions they could speak up little bit. I'm just glad they were open and I DON'T LIKE doctors office but I'm glad that they were there to help. My experience there was excellent"
"This was the best Dr's office experience I've had in ages. We needed Covid tests to travel and everyone was super friendly. These are tough times for frontline healthcare providers, and to be met with such friendly faces and attitudes was a breath of fresh air. And it was everyone—front desk, nurse who took our vitals and administered the test, and the Doc who came in at the end."
"I don't usually leave reviews on businesses but my experience warranted this one. I only give 1 star because that's the lowest I could go. I witnessed most disrespectful, distasteful disturbing scenario at your north ambassador location in Kansas city Missouri. About 3 persons walked in at the same time I did, and a couple of those guests were not wearing a mask, it was approximately 4:pm. The nurse at the front after seeing us (myself and the other guests) immediately got up and yelled "oh no! Oh no! She ran from around her desk and stormed towards the guests yelling and swinging her arms as though she was beckoning to a bunch of animals, get out, get out! You can't be in here without a mask and she kept swinging both hands in motion as if she was chasing animals away. She was literally sweeping them out. I was wearing my mask but a couple persons weren't. I then said to her, I understand that masked are required but don't you think your actions are rude and disrespectful, you cannot talk to humans in that manner as I'm sure you could have simply ask that they step outside as a face mask is required to enter... these are people not sheeps.. she simply said to me (while blocking door) you can go talk to my supervisor. I then asked her since I'm wearing a mask if I may now enter, she then replied by saying "no we're done taking patients for the day", I then said to her, but it's 5pm and you close at 8 (granted it's a walk in clinic) and there's only 3 persons sitting inside, she said it doesn't matter as they had already seen over patients today and they're not taking anymore today. The way she busted from around her desk and chased these guests out while barring the door was beyond the lowest of the lows that I've seen in any establishment. And on top of that Patients were denied care 3 hours prior to closing. This isn't the first time I've seen such behavior from said nurse at said location. If this is how Patients are treated as animals, I will never step foot back in a nextcare facility every again. I hope this incident will be taken seriously as not only myself was offended but others were as well. First impressions last and if your front desk behaved in such manner what are we to expect from behind the doors? I suggest people go where they're appreciated and respected. And yes I did report the incident to their patient concern department."
"The entire staff was extremely professional. The Nurse Practitioner, Cory Robinson was displayed perfect bedside manner and explained the process he was going to take to address my injury with perfect clarity. Additionally, the assisting nurse, Shelby, was also very knowledgeable and professional. From the time I walked into reception, until my discharge, I felt I was receiving the best and most appropriate care possible."
