"Stopped in to the shop today because my Shark vac was not working. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem after trying several things he thought it could be. But he shared that Shark doesn’t let you fix the damaged plug that was attached to the hose. So I figured I’d be spending some bucks on a new vac. But he brought out a hose he had in the back, tried it on my vac and it worked. Then he graciously said to just take the hose, no charge. I couldn’t believe it! Especially in these times where small businesses are struggling to keep their doors open, this store owner didn’t charge me! I was so appreciative of his kindness and the fact that he could have easily charged me and I would have paid it because I needed my vacuum to work! Thank you Newtown Sew & Vac.
