"This place is the perfect spot for formal wear! Convenient and affordable. I was travelling for a wedding and needed an off-white dress shirt fast on a Thursday for a wedding on Saturday. After striking out at a couple other stores, New York Mens had exactly what I needed. The shop-keep was friendly and very helpful showing me what he had and helping me determine the right size. A day later I realized I also forgot and needed to buy a new blue tie and matching handkerchief. The whole process repeated itself: I went to a couple other stores and couldn't find what I needed. As soon as I walked into New York Mens, I found the exact tie/handkerchief pair I was looking for."
"I really needed a suit for the weekend which was in the 3 days. Normally you would have to wait weeks for tailoring. But Kurt handled the measurements quickly and easily and made sure my suit would be done by then. Customer service was great! Much better than Men’s Warehouse."
"Customer service at its finest. I dashed in a half hour before closing on Saturday, needing a suit for my grandson at 9 the next morning - and I didn’t have the child with me. Ray helped me choose suits in different sizes and colors, then gave me his cell number to call the next morning in case we needed him to open up for us early Sunday. Monday I returned the unused suits without a problem. If you’re going to need tuxedo rental or suits, I highly recommend you go to Ray at New York Men’s in Oakridge mall. He’s the best!"
