I was able to see a judge- they are tough but fair if you have the necessary documents needed to support your case. I always say thank you even if the tickets aren’t dismissed, getting them down to their original payment is a great help financially!

The worse customer service. Everyone there has an attitude. i would hate to work there. They offer no help and will let you seat there for minutes and minutes at the window before they even ask you your name.

One star is too much. Basically all city offices are garbage like this one. DOB are.....🥷without masks. They're trying to steal my house leaving penalties at my door like candies in Halloween: and no who cares. Oh yeah: I'm a citizen. Both departments with ugly people inside/outside. I don't know who gave them the "we are special, unrepeatable last "cokes" in the dessert. Not even in a third world country...

My experience was great with Asian lady who serve at front desk and help me with all 19 traffic tickets. If you had bad experiences with other customer service then you better go to her desk for help. She is very helpful and I was so happy with her professional customer service. Thank you for help.
