"Hello, I’m not sure what the other comments are referring to maybe it was a better school before I came but this school is not adequate. The owner is never there and does not have a way to report feedback on how the business is going. Meanwhile the instructors practically make the students teach each other while they sit in their car. They do not teach alley docking which is the only thing I failed on my first test. The first time I attempted alley docking was at the test sight and I have been coming back waisting my gas and time to sit there and do nothing and them still not teach it to me even thought I have brought it to their attention I need to learn it and my test is only a few days away. The organization and help from the school is just minimal it’s almost as if they don’t care what happens with the students they will waste your time."

"This institute is exceptional, it provides me a great opportunity to get my CDL class A, in fact me and my husband both graduated from this school. I must say the instructors are knowledgeable and good particularly the instructor Al and Tarcell are phenomenal. They teach you everything you need to know. A good combination of hands-on training.The administration is very helpful. Overall I had a great experience at New Reflections all the instructors went above and beyond."

"This Technical Institute for C.D.L driving, is by far one of the best, If not the only in the entire Midwest, as with anything it has some areas for advancement, but with the current Admin Staff, Instructors, and Trainers, well as the recent student grads, all of that will fall in place. All the staff members work hard and diligently, to make sure the students prosper and flourish in obtaining their C.D.L class A or B. I chose this institute, because they don't rush the outcomes, they make sure you get the training you need in its full entirety and extent. Big shout out to AL and Tarcell, they the back bone of this institute. Both the wife and I graduated from this school and are now well on our way to start good careers in the trucking Industry, last but not least also a Big shout out to Wardell, Big Mike and Quann well as Mis Martinez and Mark Byrd, thank you guys, this institute is the real deal"
