"Don't let the small entrance fool you, the shop is large inside and has tons of items of various kinds for people who want to make Indian food or enjoy fresh Indian sweets. Prices are quite decent and better than some other stores nearby. They have tons of spices (over kinds), Indian snacks, masala mixes, frozen food items including desserts like kulfi, Indian lentils and grains, paneer, yogurt, maggi, Indian herbs (mostly dried). They also have tons of Indian utensils, pressure cookers, mortar and pestle etc."
"Amazing place for Indian Grocery. Very good staff. Very helpful and great varieties to everything 👏"
"Very friendly and helpful staff, definitely the best Indian grocery store I’ve found in the city."
"Great/best store in Lower Manhattan to get Indian groceries! You can find almost anything here but I did note a few expired goods on the shelves. Hakimbhai was really kind and sent me off with free samosas. Thank you!"
"Good place but I visited minutes before store close and the person on the cashier charged me $7. instead of $4. and told that was the price if you need. And after feeling that I’d report, offered us some snacks and sweets to buy and when we didn’t buy, gave us some samosa and other stuff. Then asked for cash instead of card so save himself, felt like they’re too opportunistic as far as overpricing and cheating. Otherwise okay."
