"Went for an initial visit and asked multiple times if my husband was allowed to come back with me. I was told yes as long as he was my proxy. When I was called back I told my husband to come with and the MA told us no she has to get permission and I told her I already asked and they told me he could. She said she was just taking my vitals and I would be coming back out so I went back. She proceeded to ask me numerous questions I had already answered on the questionnaire I filled out before I went in. My husband tapped on the door and I opened it for him and when I turned around the MA was typing hey guys I need your help. The whole place is strange and why would she need help. No one did anything to make her need help. I do not recommend this clinic for any chronically I’ll patient they obviously have communication problems and are over sensitive."

"Staff was great. I was hesitant about switching PCP’s, but Dr. Duarte is so nice and everyone there is a straight shooter about services and pricing. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. "If I could give this place a no star I would . They won’t let you in without a mask and reiterated several times before the appt that we must wear one which I’m fine with ,yet you come to the clinic and no employee is wearing it. This location is very unusual there is a receptionist but I’m not sure what her purpose is to be there since she directs you to the machine right in front of her which is where you talk to a person and the person asks you all your personal information such as name birthdate and address and insurance information for the whole lobby to hear anyone can just write down your information. There is no greeting no good morning there is simply a what are you here for? Ok sit down someone will call you. Extremely unprofessional staff. They are extremely disorganized. The phone attendants have no knowledge of what they are doing either."
