No bags for what we bought! Not even “ sorry we don’t have bags” but “ We don’t have bags unless you want to buy one” That’s what happens when you have people not trained very well customers the way they supposed to. Also we were followed by one of the employees inside the store. That’s not comfortable. I hope my Feedback helps to improve these parts.

I would shop there more if this place had bulk bind for grains, nuts etc. Everything is packaged in plastic/cellophane. I do like that nuts are all in coolers, and they are the main reason I shop there. I like it that they do not provide any bags, but have bins of recycled product boxes that people can use to pack their own groceries. I never could get their membership program to work for me.

LOVE this place! Thanks for having lots of health food within walking distance. Everyone there is so nice, friendly, and knowledgable about the products.

I love coming here except this is literally the second time I have stood next to employees gossiping about their personal lives ( apparently about another employee the second time I experienced this ) I did not require their assistance , but if you’re standing that close to a customer, they should always be acknowledged. Another time there was a spill and I went around looking for someone to report it to , because I thought someone could slip. I caught a lady with straight hair headed to the back , I told her what happens. Her response “ I’m going on my break , you can tell someone at the front “, it’s my understanding she IS a manager or at least some sort of supervisor. REALLY ? You instruct a customer with the point of your finger to head to the front of the store to report , because you’re going on break??? So I love their products , but on more than one occasion have experienced what I would call unprofessionalism . I have worked retail all my life, I KNOW this is not acceptabl...
