"I've always loved this store and preferred to give them my business instead of to Whole Foods as much as possible. I'd give them 5 stars, but their return policies have gotten so extreme it's made it impossible to want to try new things. It's really too bad because I spend a lot of money there every week but things like "you can only return 2 perishable items per receipt" or "you can't return bakery items" etc. So if you try something new and don't like it, don't expect to get a refund. Healthy food comes at a high price that I'm happy to pay for. But not if they make it impossible to do returns. I hardly ever return things, it's rare, so it's disappointing to have my favorite grocery store be so inflexible. They should have a better way to announce their policies besides posting a tiny sign along with a myriad of other signs on the plexiglass, I don't stand there reading everything bc I'm always packing up my groceries. At least send an email out to their members announcing policy changes, I'm in their email system, I would appreciate knowing these things ahead of time. They used to be very return friendly a few years ago. Now they say "it's bc of Covid" and this now March ."

"I don’t come to this store very often, but when I do I’m usually looking for a certain vitamin or supplement that can only be found at a store like this. I can’t think of a time that I couldn’t find what I was looking for. When I have asked for help, the store employees have been very nice and helpful. I think that the prices are just a little high, but like I said- they usually have what I am looking for."
