FAQ:
"We had such a great time on what is sure to be the first of many visits! It was an incredibly well put together museum, the displays were top-notch and filled with information and pieces of history! The tour was worth the extra $5.. It was a great way to get perspective and be able to ask questions. Not only did we learn about the aircraft, but about the painstaking details that go into restoring them. Definitely worth the time and money!"
"What a gem in Springs!!! I grew up in Colorado Springs and I had no idea this museum existed. I was fortunate enough to partake in an event located within the main hanger not too long ago and boy was I blown away by the emaculate restoration of these aircraft. A must see if you are visiting Colorado Springs, or if you live there and are looking for new things to do. Check it out!!!!"
"This place has grown so much since the last time I had came in and we had spent over 4 hours here picking up new info and touring the whole complex! Being able to tour the whole shop where they work on the planes and having multiple wings full of information was amazing! We had so much fun and the staff was so friendly!"
"Outstanding museum, not only for the aircraft, but a LOT of fascinating exhibits and displays. We were there two hours and needed much more time to see everything. The volunteers and guides are very helpful, friendly and really know the history. I can't wait to go back! Oh yes, the flight simulator is a blast!"
"Anyone interested in World War II aviation should visit this museum. All the aircraft here are in flyable condition: P, B-, Corsair, Dauntless, Avenger, and more. We spent 5 hours here and we still weren't able to cover everything. Multiple visits are needed to learn all the is to learn at this museum. Highly recommended! I also recommend paying the extra $5. per person for the guided tour."
