"Whether you have never sailed, it's something you've always wanted to try or you've been before, add Narwhal Yatch Charters to your list of things to do. This is something my husband and I have wanted to do for a LONG time with our family. We felt that everyone was at a great age (8,6,5 and 3) and finally booked a date with Captain Eric on the Genesis. I felt like a kid waiting for Santa when the day arrived. We chose a 2-hour, morning sail () to the Statue of Liberty. We drove into the city and had an easy time parking at Pier . It was a short walk to the boat from there. It was a bit of a windy day, but it didn't impact our experience at all. The views were spectacular, Captain Eric's knowledge of the history for the coasts on both the NY/NJ sides was fascinating. We were able to move around the boat, the kids took to it very quickly, there was never a time that any of us felt unsafe. Captain Eric explained all the parts of the boat and answered the endless amount of questions that kids have. It was hard to leave when our charter was over and we've already inquired about dates to do a second tour, which we will go to the Brooklyn bridge. This first trip exceeded our expectations, there's not a thing I would change and this is, for sure, something we will be doing time and time again."
