My friends tried the Naruto Ramen and it was really good. I tried the Curry ramen, and it was so potentely strong, that it hits your nose first and so full of turmeric that I just could not eat it after the first spoon I tried. Even my friends said they could not eat it.

Black tonkotsu ramen was great! The broth had a wonderful flavor. Well done in that regard. Gyoza and edamame were great too. I wasn’t aware that the ramen only came with one piece of chashu. Every ramen shop I’ve been to serves at least 2, mostly 3. The ramen was priced reasonable enough that ordering another piece wouldn’t be unreasonable, but it’s nice to know ahead of time. We sat in the back of the restaurant and it was very cold so bundle up if you go in the winter

Quantity!!! Japan serves almost twice as much noodles. Additionally, offer fresh minced garlic and "s&b ichimi togarashi" with the ramen. That aside great ramen great noodles!!!

If you haven’t been to 505 central, check it out! When I saw Naruto ramen, I had to have it! So flavorful and delicious. The Naruto ramen was $15 and I believe it was well worth it. Staff was quick and friendly. I will be back for more next time that I’m in New Mexico.
