This is the second time I’ve come to this store and feel like they need new staff. One guy was helping me the other guy without second guessing himself told the other that they do not have the part and do not carry the part that I need in the store. I began telling him that I located the part online at this store he said I need to go to dealership for the part. They need to ether close this store or get more helpful people like the guy who tried to help me.

NAPA is usually a great place, but one employee on the phone with a customer and the other sitting outside in a car on break; I guess. Not sure. I was not able to find the product I was looking for and I couldn't ask anyone where it was. Maybe next time.
